"Good location but the check in was not organized. There was someone in the parking spot. They need more explanation about the permits which you must display. In the end I spoke to the concierge to sort it out. The place smelled of smoke. It was a good size and location if a little worn in places. The kitchen isn’t bad and it’s large space. It would help for check in if the keys were labelled and it came with instructions"

"Such a great stay at the hideaway. The accommodation and views were stunning.
Had such a warm welcome from the hosts and the breakfast and attention to detail just made it that bit more special. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back and stay again "

"The property, where do I start?! It was amazing! From the initial walk in it had a wow factor about it, we met James, he was very helpful, with the convenience of being next door if needed.
With 3 large bedrooms, one with an en-suite, cupboards and storage space, we had ample space to use.
I would highly recommend this cottage, the added extras made the trip too! "

"The property was absolutely lovely. Perfect for what I was looking for. Close to the main town of Glastonbury as it took a short drive to get there.
The accommodation was very clean. Towels and linen provided and kitchen equipment was very good.
Bed was very comfy and I loved the lighting in there.
Overall I enjoyed my stay. Would highly recommend and when I go back I would love to stay there again "

"Very centrally located, staff were helpful and efficient.
Room was small but very clean and comfortable bed.
Only complaint bathroom was a tad dated but functional."
"The hotel is expensive for drink and food , food basic at night, first night they stopped orders for food whilst kitchen caught up , 2nd night fancied a pizza , told no pizzas. Pint of Lager £7.70 . But the best part £21.50 for breakfast where they get the 50 pence from . Absolute ridiculous price . The hotel rooms are fine for the price but won’t be when it’s summer time and prices go up . Only recommend if your loaded and not if normal working person ."
"It was ok. I hated the capsule bathroom. It was like showering in the toilet cubicle on a train. It was quite noisy, you can actually hear every strike at the bowling alley next door, so the window has to stay shut, but that wasn’t ideal when it was hot (there’s no air con, only a temperature control panel). Also, I put the Do Not Disturb and Cleaning not Required signs on my door but they went into my room while I was out and cleaned it anyway? The area was walkable and close to the city."
"Upon arriving at the hotel and checking in at approximately 3:00pm, I was advised that my room was not yet ready. Whilst delays can happen, this was only the start of a very disappointing experience.
I was also informed that the air conditioning was not working throughout the hotel. My room (1201) was extremely hot, and the window could not be opened, making the room very uncomfortable. I requested a fan on two separate occasions, however no fan was ever delivered.
In addition, the shower in my room was not functioning correctly. The water was only running cold, and the shower head was spraying water over the shower screen and onto the bathroom floor, leaving the floor extremely wet and slippery, creating both an inconvenience and a potential safety concern.
Furthermore, the electric vehicle charging provision was wholly inadequate. There were only two charging points available despite there being eight designated spaces, which added further frustration during my stay.
Overall, this experience fell well below the standards I would expect from a luxury hotel. The combination of the lack of air conditioning, failure to provide the requested fan, defective shower facilities, and inadequate charging provision significantly impacted my stay and left me extremely disappointed."
"Stayed for two nights while working in Bristol and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
The room allocated to us was in poor condition, with heavily stained carpets, food debris still present on the floor, hair in the bathroom, stained walls and furnishings, and general signs of poor housekeeping and maintenance throughout. The carpet condition alone was concerning enough that we began looking more closely at the room, which revealed a number of additional cleanliness issues.
To be fair, a member of staff did offer an alternative room when the issues were raised on our final evening. However, due to our work commitments and the timing of the offer, moving rooms was not practical at that stage.
What concerned me most was being informed that the room had apparently been in this condition for a considerable period of time, despite other rooms being available.
I attempted to resolve the matter privately through Hotels.com and then directly with the hotel using the contact details provided by management. Hotels.com were unable to help and the email address supplied by the hotel was undeliverable. A further attempt to contact the company directly has gone unanswered.
Had the issues been acknowledged and dealt with properly, I would not be leaving this review. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts to resolve matters privately, I feel it is important to share my experience so other guests can make an informed decision."
"We arrived late but were looked after at reception by the check in staff. Our room overlooked the floating harbour. It was spacious and very comfortable. It was very good value for money.
Our only criticism was that we did not know that parking had to be booked in advance. That didn’t adversely affect our plans."
