"We booked through Expedia before an international and wanted to take advantage of the extended parking option. As there was no way to confirm that parking would be avaliable on the Expedia site I sent a message through Expedia, asking for confirmation, but never received a reply. I called the front desk and spent 20 minutes on hold, only to finally be connected with a person who had no idea how to confirm or add parking to the reservation so we would have a guaranteed spot.
