"Overall the hotel is in good shape. Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Our overall stay was good, but at the same time frustrating. We were issued 4 room keys at check in. Upon reaching our room it took multiple tries with all four keys for the room door to open. We told the desk later that day about the issue and were told they’d have engineering replace the battery in the door lock. It took 3 more times of us telling them about the issue for them to actually have someone sent to the room and address the issue. Our daughter joined us on the last night, that morning at 7am I asked the front desk for a rollaway bed for her. We returned at noon and there was no bed in the room. Asked the front desk again and got the same answer. Went to dinner came back to the room and still no bed. Another call and finally a bed came with a pillow and no blanket. Called down for a blanket and was told there were no blankets left and was offered an extra sheet. Communication and logistics seems to be nonexistent. I was told due to the hotel being sold out for the weekend there was a shortage of linens. How can a hotel who’s one job is guest satisfaction not be ready for a sold out weekend. I would absolutely not stay at this hotel again and suggest the Hilton right behind it, they were also fully booked but apparently didn’t run out of blankets. "

"Ample parking, room clean but had a somewhat musty smell. Environment a bit ghetto but I could handle it because of my personal life experience. Basically the area nearby is a ghetto environment. Staff was efficient but I had no interaction with them except for front office who charged an additional $6-7 service fee. For a short stay without shelling out a lot of money, it can work. The main downside was just the room smell. Seems to be one of those “street lady” facilities. I was on the first floor, in first room closest to the entrance/office. Building had at least 3 or 4 floors so don’t know the condition of rooms higher up. TV ok, one microwave, shower and window curtains fairly clean but a bit old. AC cool air but no heat above 77 degrees. Large window but no external air accessible. Door very secure. One chair and night stand with local landline phone for free local calls. Bedsheets and pillows clean, but blanket a little thin. Towels clean with adequate supply. Two small tiny bars of soap - bring your own bar soap. No utensils. Small mid size refrigerator was clean and workable. Shower had good flow, bathroom tub and sink were clean Overall, for my short stay when I was out most of the time, other than the room smell, it was workable. Car and room package with basic car insurance for 3 days was $404. Rental car tried to sell me additional insurance (liability in case I hit someone) but after prodding further, they told me I could decline so I did. Refill your own gas."

"The staff is friendly, sympathetic, and accommodating. The hotel offers amazing shuttle service in demand that takes visitors from Conference Center to any point in a mile radius / Emory campus and medical facilities. Food at the restaurants is great, spaces are comfortable and thoughtful with plugs and WiFi, and rooms are modern and well laid out. The outdoor spaces are very zen, an oasis in an urban setting. Best option if visiting Emory. Best option "

"Only have 2 suggestions: the toilet paper does not match the quality of this hotel, in room dining ( breakfast) needs work. It should not state that in room dining starts at 6:30. They are never ready for delivery of breakfast at that hour. It is a negotiation as to when they will deliver it. And at that point, it is still late. Kind of a problem when you have to be somewhere early. "

"The parking deck is ridiculous and you have to pay $15 per day to park! If you have a larger vehicle, good luck! The restaurant Pizaaz is so expensive. 2 drinks was $40 and they did not even fill a cup to below the rim! Small bag of chips was $4, 24 oz Pepsi, $4.25, so bring something if you may get hungry. Our shower didn’t work after we were unpacked, so they moved us to another room. That room was clean but the AC did not get the room cool. We were not packing up again so we didn’t bother saying anything. I wouldn’t stay there again. "

"Had a heart procedure at Emory. Staff was very helpful with our needs and requests. Room was much bigger than we expected. It was clean and no musty smells at all. Beds were comfortable a the location was excellent. Just a few minutes walk to the front doors of the hospital if one chose to walk. If you’re in the area I would highly recommend this hotel. "
