"We loved the hot breakfast and the appetizer-type dinner they offered! We had just arrived after a long flight and the manager told us to leave our bags with them and go get something to eat and a drink and just breathe for a bit. Best advice! We immediately felt relaxed and ready to jump into our activities after that! Great hotel!"

"Check in was a breeze, ( reservation made and paid through Expedia). Desk attendant very friendly and informative about the property, Letting us know what was available, making us feel welcome and comfortable. Room was very basic, but very clean and comfortable. Beds comfortable, pillows and bedding very nice. Even though very basic room, it had a refrigerator and microwave. Also, enjoyed the complimentary bath products, nice. The breakfast was very good and a great value, not what you would expect from a complimentary breakfast. Offering many cold options, cereal, muffins, milk and juices. Also, hot buffet style dishes, eggs, sausage, French toast etc. Coffee good and available 24/7. Overall great location, close to Lowell Observatory ( our destination). Enjoyable stay for a night in Flagstaff."

"The rooms are standard but clean and functional with a cool retro look. The property has fantastic amenities, like a game room pool jacuzzi. Fire pits coffee bar bar and an excellent kitchen. What makes this property extra special is the staff.In my 54 years I have never received service that was so above and beyond we will be staying here every time we are in Flagstaff"
