The location was perfect. It was walking distance to Store Bay beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was big and spacious. The property itself was beautiful with access to two pools and a private beach. The breakfast was good as well. I would definitely stay again.

We arrived early and the staff were very welcoming. We left our bags and had lunch at their bar by the beach. Our room was ready early. it was very clean and inviting after sitting outside in the sun! Great location too! We walked from the airport and were close enough to walk anywhere we want to go!

The room 46, was clean and spacious. Pool view. Comparable to the Days Inn in the U.S. in terms of quality, a lot of mold in the bathroom area. Maid service came everyday regardless if you put the tag on the door or not. Bring your own pool/beach towels. The outdoor area was nice. It would have been nice to receive service by the pool. The food options were limited, however I went out to get food. The hotel is in a great location, 5 minute walk to Store Bay, 15 minute walk to more restaurants. Staff was friendly. My room was ready upon check in which was great after a long day of travel. The hotel tell is very close to the airport. WiFi is no good in the room. Overall, not a bad experience for my first time in Tobago, felt safe as a solo traveler.

My wife and I had the breakfast and dinner package and everything tasted amazing. The pool and lamdscaping areas were gorgeous. Our only issue was that the room and bathroom need to be updated. The shower we had was extremely tiny and narrow. There wasnt ventilation in the bathroom area either. The room did not have sufficient electrical outlets and had no usb ports. The room was extremely bright. Thankfully they sent someone to cover the window which made the brightness not so bad but you would think it is morning in the room even when it is nightime. The staff were friendly and helpful. Also dinner was too late (7:00 pm).

The staff were great and attentive. The location is nice. There was only one hiccup. I massaged the hotel a few days before my trip to set up airport transfer, as it shows on Expedia that they offer airport shuttle. When we arrived in Tobago, we looked around about 20-25 minutes for the airport shuttle but did not see anything from our hotel. When I called the hotel multiple times and the phone would ring but there was no answer. It seems to be a reoccurring theme in Trinidad & Tobago, as this happened in the city as well.

The resort was excellent. Beautiful property with two swimming pools and a nice beach. Breakfast and dinner was great and enough choices to make. Lunch can be improved with better choices.
