Staff was not very helpful. hotel shuttle was very overpriced and also not well managed. I scheduled a pickup from the airport and they didn’t come for me. There is a hotel nearby that was very superior for food, service and ambiance.

Breakfast had variety of fruits and breads/eggs. Liked mango, granadilla and other fruits. Room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning working well. We could not use the bar dur to drizzle. It will be nice if there is a covered area in the bar.

We had dead mosquitoes in the bed sheets. However, the receptionist was always friendly and helpful. Also, the water isn’t clean, it’s slightly brown. But this is because Iquitos is in the Amazon jungle.
