"The worst mattress I ever slept on. My room was between 300 to 350 a night and you would have thought it was a 18.99 a night hotel bed. 🛌 horrible"

"The breakfast was good. The staff people that was serving the breakfast were tentative. The breakfast was fresh. You can tell that the rooms, where our room specifically it needs some remodeling the doors were older, even the outside of the hotel. The sheets were clean, however we ran out of shower gel, which actually was not stocked at all, but the staff people came and were attentive to that. Our bathroom, the floors still had hairs on the floors. If you need somewhere to stay for a weekend, honestly it’s not bad, but a lot of work can be done. Also, in the toilet seat area, it was some hairs. Again the sheets and the pillows were all cleaned and the staff people were very nice and attentive."

"We had a great time when we visited Clearwater! That was mostly because of our stay at this property. The pool and hot tub were great and the beach was absolutely beautiful! I will absolutely be returning."

"Food choices on the menus overall were mediocre at best. Service was unsteady. Room was only serviced on time during our4 night stay. Pool are is nice, great views. Restaurant should be upgraded to match the location. Parking expensive.."

"The bathroom floor had water damage, when we took showers, we noticed the shower curtain was too short to stay closed. With just the force of the water, the curtain would pull away from the tub and water pooled in the floor. We brought this to the attention of the front desk and they did not seem to care. "
