"The room was dirty and there were roaches crawling. The towels, blankets, and bed sheets were dirty."

"Our room was close to the lobby and at about 10:00 PM we could hear a loud male voice. After about an hour, we called the front desk and said we heard loud talking and the man who answered was clearly the person we could hear, said he was checking in someone and hung up. He could still be heard until about 2:00 AM. We could also here music playing and other voices."

"Booked a large corner suite for out concert night in Downtown Tulsa and felt like rock stars! HUGE room, soft beds, cool shower and views to die for. Been here before and will stay here again!!!!"

"Suite was on the 5th floor on the west side of the building so it was hot from the afternoon sun. Stayed 78 degrees most of the day and only fell to the set temp of 70 degrees around midnight. There is a green strobe light on the ceiling right above the bed that flashes every 9 seconds and is super bright. Not horrible but probably won’t stay again. "

"The airport shuttle was not readily available, could not get through the hotel phone very frustrating, ended up getting an Uber. Disappointed had to call front desk about 9 pm to find out why the trash had not been pulled, someone finally came about 10:45 pm. kitchen only had pork meats to offer, which I can not have pork."

"This is not a 5 star hotel. I’m sorry. The room was nice. A/c did not work well at all. Was on the 8th floor. The bathrooms and room were very dim and dark. Zero lights. Wife had a hec of a time getting ready/ makeup ect. The makeup light did not work it’s that dark in there. The hotel grounds were filthy. They didn’t vacuum or clean the vestibule at all the 3 days we were there. The restaurant food was just ok. Nothing great at all. Just expensive food with zero flavor. The main lobby had huge stains on the rugs. Staff was friendly at the front but really wasn’t over the top 5 Star customer service. "

"Clean room ,nice staff. Lots of homeless nearby,rooms are smoky.keycards fail after every successful entry it seems. Pillows are bed were hard and uncomfortable. Loud surroundings. We could only suffer 1 of 2 nights. It was bad."
