"We loved this apartment in Haro! It was close to everything we wanted to do and see. From the train station it’s about a 20 minute walk, with some uphills. Check-in was straight forward if you follow the preregistration guidelines. We stayed in a Limehouse just prior to Haro and love their setup, they think of everything. "This is an honest review, highlighting both good and bad. The 'Hotel' is an impressive building but I feel it has lost its way insomuch that it has very few guest facilities, apart from a bedroom, and it feels somewhat tired. Interesting historic building with comfortably safe motorcycle parking near the reception. Lovely helpful staff, Reasonably good buffet breakfast with a wide variety of cakes, the usual assortment of local ham and cheese products and endless coffee. Generous size and quality bath towels in the room. Kettle in room; but no cups, 5 bags of sugar and one coffee ! Short walk to a really good riverside restaurant (La Higuera); but get there early or book as it is very popular with the local community. We ate there twice it's that good. This is not really a hotel and should only be classed as a B&B; there is no bar or restaurant despite having some very spacious public rooms however, Bottled Beer, wine and coffee can be purchased from reception; but there is not always someone there. The town feels run down and a bit scruffy so don't expect anything to write home about; but the local area offers some spectacular riding roads. There is no air conditioning; luckily it was reasonably cool during our stay and we slept with the window open."

"The hotel is very well run, I liked the coffee station but no coffee in the room was a minor down side, the breakfast was very varied and delicious The only problem for me is I stayed on Sunday and the restaurant next door was shut and no local options available also hotel doesn't have a bar"

"Emplacement idéal dans le centre historique à quelques pas des services, restaurants, épiceries et le quartier de la gare où se trouvent les bodegas des maisons célèbres du Rioja. Un des meilleurs hébergements à vie ! Je recommande fortement ! Seul point négatif, il n’y a pas de stationnement privé et ce n’est pas toujours évident de trouver du stationnement gratuit dans les rues."

"This place is stunning! Old school room key (loved it!) and a beautifully renovated property with indoor (and outdoor) parking. Excellent place to spend a night or two during your trips. Going in my expectations were not high, but this place felt high end and the amenities, both inside and outside the hotel were fantastic. Right in the center of town too, so super convenient. Recommend it."
