"Onboarding super, the team was great and gave a lot of advise. The location is great as well, as you can join the main ski station and departure with the ski at feet from the hotel. We had a "family" room, here the room was comfortable but a little bit small, staying a full week for vacation would may be a challenge. "Very nice hotel! Rooms , spa and common space renewed. Everything was extra clean. Location very convenient . Receptionist friendly and helpful. Just minor thing to improve: mattresses are quite soft but nevertheless, we had a good night sleep. We will be back!"

Great family holiday.

"We had a fantastic stay for our family ski holiday. We've stayed in other places in Avoriaz in the past and the location of L'Amara is just spot on for children. Our appointment was directly above the ski locker which was straight out onto the run. We used the pool area a couple of times and although it was quite busy, it never felt crowded. The parking was convenient and easy to access the appartment from it. The appartment itself was actually surprisingly roomy for an avoriaz appartment. We had a 2 bed one and it was plenty big enough for a family of 6, including 2 under 5's. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall, we would stay again if we returned to Avoriaz again. "

"Chalet Montriond, interesting place for a good ski in and ski out option. The location cannot be beaten. Parking available too but at an additional cost. The property however could do with a face lift. For a family room we were given bunk beds and the beds were not steady. For Switzerland, the standards were not met. There is a spa but essentially it’s only 2 saunas. They have space for a hot tub and that should be considered. The breakfast was repetitive and very boring and not as fresh as they claim to be. The dining options were limited- we ended up eating out mostly, and that becomes expensive. Overall, livable, but more of a hostel feel for the price we paid. Certainly please improve on the breakfast and dining options for your guests. "
