"We went in late May, so before the main season. The hotel is lovely, comfortable rooms - book one with a sea view, it's amazing. The pool was fabulous, plenty of seating and sunbeds. Good parking arrangements. Staff are friendly and willing to help. If there was an area for I would suggest some alternatives to the baked sweet goods, although if you have a sweet tooth, you're in for a treat. Eggs were available on request and they were good. It is a stunningly beautiful part of the world and the hotel is a perfect place to enjoy it."

"Hotel heaven! Best hotel we have ever stayed while traveling in Italy. 4 star great. From facilities to staff. 1st class comforts with a ambience of stillness and tranquility. "I'm reluctant to review our experience to keep this magical place to ourselves, and for fear that it will change. Nicole, Luigi, Guisepi, Michelo, and the rest of the staff/family including Noah the dog, made our stay at Il Cefalo truly enchanting. We coincided with the Festa della Bruna, which took place at the small village church which is only 50 meters away creating the perfect vantage point to take in the festivities ending with the most spectacular fireworks we've ever seen. We loved our stay, the wonderful variety of delicious food, the incredible views, and again, the impeccable service. We very much look forward to being back with our friends at Il Cefalo very soon. Grazie mille per essere stato così gentile con la mia famiglia. Un abbraccio enorme a tutti!"

"The hotel was great. Nice and clean and well-maintained. Beautiful areas spectacular views. But the best of all was the service. Assunta stayed on the phone with us until we got to the hotel safely since we got lost. She was so, so, so amazing! Seriously, the location and the view were spectacular."
