Our stay was really charming. Room/facilities are a little dated/tired, with some amenities not working (like our jacuzzi bath, outdoor hot tub, and fireplace in our presidential suite) and stains on furniture and such, but overall it's clean enough, tranquil, and the setting is quite beautiful. we loved the pool (especially as we had it all to ourselves) and my wife was very pleased with her spa service. The staff was super friendly and personable, and the food was good. Would definitely return

Fabulous place to stay!

This was a fabulous hotel! Would definitely recommend and will stay here again if ever back in Cuernavaca. Everyone at the hotel was beyond kind and helpful. Beautiful setting and the rooms were perfect.

La habitación presidencial esta terriblemente descuidada. Cortinas muy maltratadas, madera del cuarto muy maltratada. La regadera sale el agua terrible por falta de mantenimiento. El hotel es muy bonito aunque las partes nuevas no reflejan el concepto de la quinta. El restaurante y el servicio es espectacular! La habitación dejó mucho que desear. La cama y almohadas bastante malas. Las toallas el primer día eran nuevas, ya a partir del segundo, hasta rotas. El clóset bastante sucio y la puerta del balcón, jamás la pudimos cerrar. El Spa muy lindo solo que el aérea de vapor ya se ve viejo y la señorita que me tocó bastante básico su masaje, no valió lo que pagué!
