"Horrible communication. Took hours to get the check in info because the system was down to register and did not receive until after an hour spent looking for the place. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Top Cugnan Hotel Reviews

Villa Carpenada

10/10 Excellent

"Stayed one night on the way to the dolomites. Staff were very welcoming and helpful."

Colonìa Resort & SPA

10/10 Excellent

"Erika made our stay incredible! Before we arrived, she arranged vineyard tours and tastings. And she was a smiling face every morning during our delicious breakfast on the patio. I highly recommend eating at the on-site restaurant- wine and food was delicious. And a bonus that time at the spa is included- a lovely way to unwind after a long day."

Ai Cadelach Hotel Giulia

10/10 Excellent

"Great stay and such a lovely hotel. Nice little storage room for our bikes and a relaxing spa area which was a welcome relief after a long day's riding in the Prosecco Hills. Great venue with lovely on-site restaurant, so no need to venture beyond the hotel for our single night stay. Overall a great hotel, and highly recommend."

Hotel Canon D'Oro

8/10 Good

"Great location! In the city center. The room was a good size for a European hotel. Very clean and safe. Restaurant connected to hotel. Hotel breakfast was good and tasty. The 2 downsides for me - the mattress too firm and pillows too thin; the water from the shower kept getting on floor because no barrier to stop it."

Hotel Villa Soligo - Small Luxury Hotels of the World

10/10 Excellent

"I had a medical emergency on my first night in the mddle of the night and staff was very helpful and called me an ambulance and even upon my return from th hospital everybody asked me for my well being. The pool is great ( except mosquitos :) breakfast is very good and the room and the king size bed was very comfortable.I thank all the staff for their kind assistance and attention"
