Hotel sem estrelas ou mesmo Lua

Péssima estadia para um rede Atlantis, peregrinei por 3 apto até encontrar um digno de hospedagem, um deles está todo alagado, os funcionarios da Recpcao são despreparados, a não um único que me salvou de nome Fabio, nunca mais me hospedarei mês hotel até sua melhoria , e recomendo a todos os que vão a Cuiabá não se hospedarem, pois a decepção pode ser maior.

O hotel é novo, os funcionários são atenciosos, o café da manhã é razoável, abaixo do padrão de outros hotéis do mesmo nível em Cuiabá. O grande problema é o ar condicionado do quarto, acredito que foi super dimensionado para o tamanho do quarto, muito grande, barulhento, a ventilação mesmo no mínimo é forte e sopra em direção a cama.

O check-in demorou mais de 30 minutos, em razão do mau gerenciamento do estacionamento. Permitiu-se que clientes deixassem o carro na fila de estacionamento sem entrega das chaves. E após tais incidentes nada foi feito. Inaceitável. Não recomendo a estadia no local.

Well located if you are going to have business in that part of town. But staff is extremely slow. Check I took nearly 30 minutes. Toilet was leaking and wasn’t fixed. I asked something fir drying the bathroom at least, but could not have it. Checkout slow too.
