Não tem TV , Wi-Fi, não há instrução na chegada , catraca do estacionamento funciona as primeiras 12 horas , cartão para abertura da porta , desmagnetiza cada saída do quarto . Vidros quebrados na janela do quarto . Péssimo não consegui entrar em contato . Casamento da neta e foi um desastre na estadia.

O hotel está precisando de uma reforma urgente, situação de abandonado. O banheiro do quarto muito mofado, antigo e com limpeza duvidosa.

Chegando lá vi que o estacionamento é próprio do hotel e eles cobram, nos colocaram em um quarto com as paredes cheias de problemas e descascando com a umidade, a cama é ruim não é confortável, reclamei e trocamos de quarto porém o outro quarto estava sujo cheio de poeira nos móveis e embaixo da cama, pensei o café da manhã deve compensar, errado fui servir o hot dog estava azedo com mau cheiro reclamei eles retiraram a panela e tirando que é bem escasso de variedades, o atendimento é bom os funcionários são bem prestativos, mas diante destes problemas não volto.

Manutenção Preventiva

O quarto estava limpo, o atendimento é bem legal porém os quartos precisam passar por manutenção. Ficamos no hotel a menos de 40 dias atrás e o quarto estava em condições melhores, dessa vez o exaustor do banheiro não estava funcionando, tinha um ponto de mofo tanto no teto quanto no revestimento do banheiro. O duto do ar condicionado também estava aberto e sem acabamento. São pontos simples de manutenção que fariam diferença, o hotel parece estar com ar de abandonado para a questão manutenção.

Acredito que poderia ter oferecido um apartamento com um conforto maior ou oferecido um upgrade, haja visto que estávamos com uma criança e teria sido melhor se nos colocássemos em um apartamento maior.
