A lot of black mold in the main hotel. There was water coming in through all the ceilings. We stayed in the bungalow & lucky the smell of mold wasn’t as bad but you could see the mold on the ceilings. The pool is great, beautiful & good was also good. Just the smell of mold had us wanting to leave

A estadia foi boa. Elogio ao funcionário Diogo do transfer interno, excelente e muito proativo. Elogio também ao Igor Silva, que faz a animação do hotel, dinâmicas na piscina e shows - ele é sensacional! Chegamos para fazer o check in e não fomos muito bem recebidas na recepção. Um funcionário calvo não nos atendeu bem e passou outras pessoas em nossa frente. A estrutura do hotel é excelente. A limpeza também. Em relação a comida, nota 8 de 10. Algumas coisas não são frescas e pouco variadas. A comida da piscina é horrível. No geral, a avaliação é nota 8,5 para o hotel em geral. Podendo mudar a questão dos funcionários despreparados como o calvo da recepção bem como alguns alimentos serem mais frescos e a comida da piscina ser totalmente alterada.

Tudo perfeito, hotel sensacional e equipe de recreação incrível! Viajei com amigos e, enquanto nós aproveitávamos, as crianças ficavam super bem entretidas por horas. A equipe de atendimento é excelente, sempre atenciosa e prestativa, com exceção de uma funcionária próxima ao bar da piscina, que infelizmente foi antipática. Fora isso, a experiência foi maravilhosa e definitivamente penso em voltar, principalmente pela recreação. Tio mickey é sua turma são sensacionais.

Já estive por 3 vezes no Hotel e dessa vez o atendimento, limpeza e comida cairam muitooo!! As piscinas estavam sujas, funcionários mal humorados, não dão bom dia, nao respondem bom dia, dava para contas os simpáticos... Os unicos simpaticos era o pessoal do restaurante. Pelo valor cobrado deveriam ter mais opçoes de comida, frutos do mar ...

A estrutura é excelente, mas, considerando o valor pago, poderia oferecer mais opções de serviços. Pontos negativos: - Se os hóspedes chegarem antes do horário do check-in, precisarão esperar. Além disso, qualquer consumo realizado antes do check-in deve ser pago, mesmo em um sistema all inclusive. - A localização do sorvete é pouco acessível; seria melhor se ficasse próximo às piscinas. - A variedade de petiscos é limitada.

Experiência ficou aquém das expectativas. Check-in com fila por poucos atendentes, quartos limpos mas corredores de acesso aos apartamentos muito sujos inclusive com barata morta. Esperava mais opções nas refeições, mas a comida era boa. Sobremesas nem tanto, a maioria tinha aquele sabor sonso. Petiscos da piscina nao eram repostos a contento, no domingo que estava com ocupação maior, fomos nos servir e não tinha. Fizeram uma cobrança indevida de consumo, tive que reclamar e estornaram. Pastelaria, hamburgueria e pizzaria só funcionam após às 19h. No folder que entregam na chegada está escrito que o almoço é servido a partir das 11h, no domingo foi cumprido mas na segunda foram servir era 12h20min. Piscinas e estruturas de lazer muito boas! Boa estrutura e entretenimento para crianças. Quartos espaçosos e cama boa.

O que precisa melhorar, e mto, são as refeições e bebidas oferecidas. Achei tudo uma verdadeira enrolação. Os petiscos, que ficam a vontade para consumo durante o dia, são gordurosos, e sugiro variar durante o dia, ou altenar opões entre os dias. As bebidas, para quem se hospedar por mais de um dia, enjoa logo na primeira diária. Tudo sem apresentação, apesar de mto zelo no manuseio dos alimentos. Todos os funcionários são excelentes e mto educados. Pelo valor cobrado, creio que dá para oferecer mto mais variedades e qualidade no serviço all inclusive. O bangalô 1501, é preciso lubrificar as dobradiças das portas internas, pois são mto barulhentas. O som da área comum, ou seja, das piscinas, estava mto alto e tbm de péssima qualidade. Já que é para ligá-lo, sugiro amenizar o volume das caixas de som, a fim de tornar o ambiente mais agradável para quem quer descansar e conversar tbm.
