No banheiro chuveiro quente e frio, de manhã cedo a água nao esquentava, tive que tomar banho frio, que foi um horror. Também horrível é a porta do banheiro que abre para dentro do box, o que nos faz ter que nos espremer para entrar e ja molha o corpo com água fria

O hotel é bom, mas deixou muito a desejar. Chegamos cansados e bem após o horario de check in, mas não conseguimos entrar porque o quarto ainda não estava disponivel, porque estavam limpando. O café da manhã muito fraco. O hotel estava recebendo umas 3 caravanas para um evento que estava tendo na cidade, e o café da manhã não suportou a quantidade de hospedes. Segundo o pessoal da cozinha, não foi avisado que teria muita gente. Isso é inadimissivel, não ser repassado a quantidade de pessoas hospedadas para uma preparação de café da manhã. Muita gente ficou sem comer, porque simplesmente não tinha mais comida.

Quarto limpo e bastante confortável. Equipe de funcionários do dia são excelentes. Porém os funcionários da noite não tem preparação nenhuma para receber clientes. Deveriam agregar pessoas capacitadas para a função. A piscina é terrível. Extremamente suja, não estão limpando e está completamente abandonada. Eu teria vergonha de liberar a piscina para ser usada nas condições precárias que está atualmente.

Ruim, não há limpeza nos quartos.

Hotel peca muito na limpeza, foram 5 diárias e em nenhum dia houve limpeza no quarto, por duas vezes informei na recepção e me forneceram toalhas limpas, mas limpeza e arrumação do quarto não aconteceu mesma colocando a plaquinha para arrumar o quarto e ter saido 3 dias por volta das 7h da manhã e retornado após as 18h, nada de quarto arrumado. Em um dos dias tive eu que retirar o lixo que ficou no corredor por recomendação de um funcionário da recepção. Lastimável.
