They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. "We are a family of 6. We all fit more than comfortable with lots of room. The staff were very nice and attentive. The place was safe and secured. The location was perfect! Ten minutes away from everything walking distant. There is a little coffee shop called “Cafe Rustiko” best breakfast only 3 min aways. Pan-AM was delicious too only 4 min away. Tacos El Roy only 8 min walk as well Bomb!!!!! Great experience for our family!"

"The staff at Trébol was helpful and very friendly. Thanks to Carmen for helping with tour reservations. She was amazing. The hotel has a wonderful old world feel to it. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the lobby or in the courtyard. There is no elevator so be prepared to do some stair climbing. If you like the markets you’ll be happy to know that the hotel is across the street from two major markets filled with food venders, restaurants, and artisanal products. We spent hours in the markets. The breakfasts were very good. The hotel is very clean. It was quiet too. We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Trébol. I’ll stay there again when I return to Oaxaca."
