"bathroom floors where very dirty, the coffee maker pods did not fit in the machine, breakfast was ok, but needs gravy for the biscuits. shower was by far the best thing about the visit, so hot and powerful! some cleaning and a bit better of a breakfast and this would have been the best place i have stayed in a while."

"Room was very musty - why have they not used an ozonater to ensure a fresh room? Had to search, move furniture, get on my knees in a poorly lit room to find an electric outlet that worked. Both bedside outlets were loose. Wall outlet was dead. Plugs would not stay plugged into the lamp outlet. Finally found an outlet that worked; but, when I turned the entry light off for the night, the outlet to my phone and laptop chargers unexpectedly lost electric. This complicated my Mapquest driving next day. Sink faucet kept running. Janitorial staff could not speak English, and walked right in without knocking while I was undressed to shower. Nearly fell because the marble threshold to the bathroom was way too high. Need better lighting in the rooms and halls. My child said "Please don't come back here next time.""

"False advertising. No refrigerator, not soundproof. No hot water. Mold & mildew growing in the tub grouting. Mold growing in the bottom of the ice maker. Pool was closed for repairs Beds were comfortable. We were not warned about anything before we checked in and were forced to sign a waiver regarding no hot water. What can you do when it’s late and no other rooms available in the area. Very disappointed. I’m going to try and get compensation due to over charging for everything that was not available "

"I spent a week at the Richland Inn. The room was very basic. It would be an acceptable choice for someone who is not fussy and who is on a tight budget. There was no soap in the room and no hangers; an iron – – but no ironing board. Since there was no soap, there was no soap dish. So when they provided the soap that I requested, it caked and stuck onto the countertop. The continental breakfast was waffles, white bread, bagels, that were not good, and the only cereals were sweetened, i.e., Froot Loops, chocolate, and sweetened Cheerios. There was no fruit or yogurt. But the biggest issue is that the coffee was terrible – – extremely weak. Since there was a mini fridge and a microwave, I bought some things and made my own breakfast in the room. Some of the finish had worn off the tub and sink. It was mostly clean, but the corners of the bathroom had dirt on the tiles. The positive part is that the staff was very nice and it was nice to have Netflix. As I said at the beginning, this would be OK for someone who cares more about saving money than having a nicer place. It served my purpose, but next time around, I will spring for the extra money to stay at a somewhat nicer place."
