"There a little issue with a/c but it was taking care off right after I call the front desk. Friendly and welcoming staff. We just wish we had a nice view,instead of a tiny hill that is so close to our window. But all and all it was nice and clean."

A special thank you to Lisa, who was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. She went above and beyond by recommending some excellent local restaurants, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Her hospitality and helpfulness were greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others!"

"We got this room for an overnight trip. This place fit the criteria. Pool was not working. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quickly cooled down. The bathroom windows are the open slats style and so we couldn’t seal off outside air coming in. Staff was very nice. The layout with the rocking chairs is a nice touch. For what we wanted it was a good deal."

"I was impressed by this hotel and casino. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had many things to do from the casino, outdoor swimming pool, and food selection on site. This hotel provided us a great way to enjoy the outdoor of the Smoky Mountains during the day and then fun in the casino at night. This will be a hotel that we will remember for future get aways."
