"Although the room itself was nice it was very dusty as if it had been cleaned a month ago and not used since. During my 3 night stay housekeeping never came even when requested. Safe in room did not work. Hotel was very crowded even on weekday and long wait at valet…very unorganized. Lots of restaurant choices but most of them were only open at night. Probably will not be back unfortunately."

"The check in process took forever. The lady at the front was friendly but new and had no idea what she was doing. While standing there and she was calling for help i watched german roaches climb on the desk through her folder holder. Once we got to our room it was ok. Cleanish...shower was gross. Ashtray out on back porch was full of used cigarettes and the seats were very worn in. Will not stay here again. "

"The area is great if you are staying around Cherokee, Maggie Valley, Waynesville, etc. The room was definitely worth what I paid for it, but when I stayed, the pool, hot tub, and elevator were out. The breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful, but not much was done with a smile. I would stay here again, but it would have been nice to use the pool and/or hot tub.
