The staff was so friendly, and they worked incredibly hard. It's a great property for families with plenty to do for kids and teens. Everything was always clean and well taken care of. The only downside is that it is an hour or more from other attractions.

The condo was bare bones: 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 towels, minimal kitchen utensils/pans, no sponge, no dish towel, no salt & pepper. You really need to be able to speak spanish to talk to the staff and check in. The pool was lovely and peaceful. Also, relatively secure with locked doors.
