"Set on a working farm in beautiful countryside with far reaching views. The property was lovely & clean & contained everything needed for a relaxing stay. A very comfortable bed, a lovely shower with plenty of hot water & the property was lovely & warm. There was plenty if onsite parking. "Turning up to hotel fairly late, got into the room to find that it has not been cleaned. Returned to reception to informed them, no alternatives were available so that had to clean it themselves. She did great and went above and beyond her responsibility. Got back into the room and all was great. They advised in that they will speak to their manager in the morning and will ask for a refund to be issued. Spoke to the team in the morning and they confirmed they'll be issuing a refund. Issued us free breakfast vouchers at the service station that was taken up. Food there was okay, but adequate for the need of food. Still waiting for refund to come through but hopefully Hotels.com will update and issue a refund in the next couple of days."
