"This is my second stay in four months and I will definitely be booking again. Our first stay in September was perfect. ZERO COMPLAINTS! This trip, not necessarily a complaint, however more of a suggestion to the location.
I booked a one bedroom suite and we arrived late in the evening so we were given a handicap room. I imagine it’s a first come, first serve basis sort of thing.. This isn’t a problem.. However, the carpet in the hallway leading to our room was missing a transition strip making it unsafe coming from the tile to the carpet and carpet had a couple of wrinkles in it making trip hazards. Not a huge issue for myself and my teenagers that traveled with me, but this certainly isn’t the ideal pathway to a handicap accessible room.
The toilet was VERY unstable and wobbly—- could be an issue for someone who did in fact have a handicap or even so for someone who didn’t.
There were not any sheets or pillows for the fold out bed. My reservation said I had three. Room said it slept four. It should have been prepped for us.
The remote to the tv had dead batteries,
The coat closet was not cleaned. It had garbage and hair ties in it.
Aside from all the minor things, our stay was great. None of the issues were major but very well could have been. "
"Check-in was so smooth. Very kind and courteous to us after a long day of travel in snow.. The room and bathroom were spotless. The beds were great. Because we checked in so late, they were gracious enough to give us a late checkout. It made all the difference in the world for us. The only issue I had was the toilets. I've had two knee replacements and the toilets are the old kind that you almost have to sit on the floor. My knees made it very difficult to get up. Great restaurants just across the parking lot. We would stay there again."
