I was able to use their phone (toll free) and make arrangements with their assistance. They offered a warm, caring atmosphere in my time of stress. Andry, the day manager, and Andre, the Manager/Owner were the BEST! I would definitely stay there again if I had the chance."

"Residential neighborhood with b and b in an old converted house. Rooms ok with modernized baths. Breakfast poor with canned pineapple in a country known for great fruit.Employees very nice but you feel the absence of an owner’s touch."

"The description on the website says 2 twin beds. I got one twin bed and a very very small room. Whereas the husband of the couple running the place was friendly and helpful, the wife makes one feel incredibly unwelcome. She did the following: upon arrival I was informed they didn't know about my reservation (made a month in advance) and they also didn't agree with the price for my booking made through hotels com. They said it should be more. After hours of being in limbo this was finally...

"Very friendly and helpful staff/owner. The place has a cosy hostel like atmosphere (without being a hostel of course). Nice neighborhood too with some bars/cafes/restaurants. Not too far from metro station."
