"The Greenfield Inn is a good 3 star hotel IMO. The walls are not terribly soundproof, so traffic passing by and people in the hallway are easily heard in the room. The hotel itself is a little bit more dated and worn than the online pictures indicate, but it is overall good value for the money.
The staff were courteous, hot water was available for showers, and the breakfast bar was good. "
"First of all I booked this room for Valentine's day and the pics are definitely not what you get here when it comes to hot tub and pool We arrived and first off they hold a 50.00 incidentals charge which I understand but the front desk person had only been there 3 days and kept charging the 50.00 like 3 different times due to not enough training they just throw people out there and should train them better we felt bad for them! They reversed it after our stay but still that shouldnt have happened then we get checked in the bathroom door really wasnt one it was a sliding and wouldnt come out the shower had black mold growing in the hardware which is gross the sheets looked they were washed in gray dirty water the door had a gap down the side bottom half you could see out of to the room the walls were paper thin you can hear everything and then theres the hot tub situation we get down there and theres a mat like one we had in kindergarten to take a nap on covering it to warm it
up the take it off and its like black nasty water they act like they dont want you to turn it on half the lights dont have light bulbs in the rooms or pool area the pool is ice cold and the pool area is not clean mold around the table rings floor nasty this was a terrible Valentine's day stay!! They should be ashamed of themselves for even taking peoples money!! We will never stay here again! We ended up doing a redo at amother hotel somewhere else the next weekend! Pathetic!! "
"I had a double charge for my room as though I had two rooms. I’m unable to get in touch with anyone at Hotels.com and the hotel tells me they can’t do anything about it because it was booked through Hotels.com. My daughter actually made the reservations a while ago because she was having to go in for a C-section on that Friday and was unable to take her three daughters to a dance competition so I was taking them for her."
