"Great atmosphere high up in the mountain with no other property around.
Had a family feeling.
We were there at the end of winter in May which was a transitional time for them.
Dining was great and so was the scenery."

"Great night stay after touring the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Central location within walking distance to several restaurants and great shopping options. Breakfast included coffee, tea, yogurt, granola bars, pop tarts, and apple sauce packets if you have little ones. Also offered bottled water. Bed was comfortable and even though it's on a main highway, traffic quiets down after dark and wasn't bothersome at all. Great budget option in Montrose."
"This was a great little resort. I rode into town as part of a bikepacking trip and the staff were very helpful and accommodating, loaning me a lock to secure my bike overnight. The staff and owners were friendly and ensured I had a nice stay. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The restaurant and bar were nice, with live music the night I was there. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here and plan to go back for a long weekend with my wife."
"Room very dark as was the hallway. Bathroom very small and room felt claustrophobic. Would have been better if it wasn't painted dark green. Beds kept sliding off the base. It needs new beds, bedding and towels although clean very worn. Staff helpful when we needed anything. Also walls paper thin and could hear everything from next room."
"Our reservation got screwed up, the date was changed without our knowledge until we arrived. We had no room. Lost our money and had to find another place to stay. Cost us double."
