"Stephan checked us in and provided excellent recommendations. We were also greeted with chilled cloths and fresh papaya juice, which was lovely on a hot day. The property has gorgeous foliage and is filled with birds. Some friendly cats visited our porch from time to time."

"Beautiful location with clean, cool rooms and great amenities. The beach was great and located close to the large pool. Breakfast was good quality with so many options. The staff made the stay memorable, nothing was too difficult to ask for. The best place to stay on Praslin!"

"We had an amazing stay. Brand new hotel, opened in 2026. Extremely well designed. Staff were so kind. Pool was perfect with our little girl. The room extremely clean. We loved the tasty coffee and tea, refilled every day. Seriously, do not hesitate to stay at cote dor retreat. Parking was huge. Five stars!!!"
