"The room was good size and fit the whole family, but in the shower on the roof and under the sink was mold and the shower didn’t even look like it was properly clean it had hairs on the glass and floor and no ventilation in the bathroom other then a window with no screen so bugs would come in, there was left over garbage from previous guests under the beds and dead cockroaches, the staff were nice they had a mini fridge in the lobby with drinks and welcomed us to water and milk so my kids grabbed some milk but we discovered they were spoilt, also the smoke alarm in the room with the single beds had no cover "
"This was a last-minute booking on the writing in Gunna around 4:30 pm. Fiona in reception was very lovely, providing two bottles of water on arrival and giving some suggestions for dinner of which one we took up and were not disappointed. Would recommend this stopover hotel again."
"Very dated property. Has Retro charm but needs updating. Owners are lovely and accommodating. Basic yet comfortable. Nice bed and bedding. Easy walk to club and other dining options."
"I have stayed at Reflections before but this faculty was below standard. .We arrived late, and received a note of welcome , keys and a map , 1st night I wasn't told the ensuite was at the back of the room, so we didn't know. We went to the kiosk to report the front sliding screen door wouldn't shut. I was told it couldn't be fixed until tomorrow , so we didn't have a sliding door , while we were there., also reported , lock was broken on one of the windows The staff we uncounted were pleasant and helpful. , The venue /outlook of the lake is nice .
