"The hotel is very unique in its design and has beautiful views. Food service is very slow but food is excellent. Staff is nice but it's hard to communicate in English. The most disappointing feature was the hot tub. Jet pressure is very low, you hardly feel it. The tub is also very deep so you can't see the beautiful views, only when you stand up. Bummer. "

"Check in was a bit confusing as the girl answered the door didn’t seem to be expecting us, she later explained there was some mixed up. The situation quickly improved once we met the owner Milagros, she’s attentive and communicated well with us in English.
