"Room not available on arrival for 'guaranteed 'availability at 4pm for dinner we're offered a table at access door unruly children going in and out our orders both starters and mains were wrong eventually had to speak to manager ordered room service breakfast our order card was lost hence no breakfast ..."

"Unbelievable location. Great apartment. Staff is extremely responsive. Trouble with the washer/dryer, but it was resolved. Could have used a few more towels and TP, but the staff took care of it quickly. Cannot stress the location enough. Highly recomend a stay there."
