"The staff were amazing. We had a charter thay had to change due to weather, and they did everything they could reasonably do to to accommodate us and help us with early check in after we had been awake 24 hours. They even called me when the room was ready. I cannot thank them enough.
The room was clean. The rook wasn't the one we booked probably because of how they were trying to help us, but it worked out just fine. Everything in the room worked. AC was good. Only complaint was the curtain over the sliding door was difficult to get privacy because there was a gap betw it and the wall. I tried placing my suitcase in front to push it closer to glass but it did not work. Only really a problem for the bed closest to slider. But we just kept that in mind.
But the most important things, the cleanliness, everything working, and the staff being AMAZING, was everything."
