"This hotel is in dire need of a makeover. The shower was chipped. Every outlet was loose. The TV, fridge, microwave and a light plugging looked like dad’s Xmas lights with multipliers and power strips in one outlet. Sure the fire marshal missed that.
Checkin was a wait and someone reported smelling cigarette smoke wafting down the hall. And the clerk shrugged and took a note.
It is a less than good hotel while driving access North Dakota but is not as nice when I stayed there 5 years ago."
"Found a used condom in the room and a cotton croissant. Got help to a new room but my child found it and wasnt happy about that. Staff was helpful though"
"This was the most expensive hotel I stayed at during my 10-day road trip, yet unfortunately it was the worst experience of the three.
The biggest issue was the overwhelming chemical cleaner smell in the room. It was so strong that every item in my suitcase — even clean clothes I never wore — absorbed the odor, and I had to wash everything when I got home. I’ve never experienced anything like that in a hotel before.
I was also surprised that the HVAC system did not allow the fan to run continuously. I rely on white noise to sleep, and every hotel I’ve stayed in before has offered a constant fan option. The room becoming completely silent allowed me to hear every noise both in and outside of the hotel, which made for a rough night's sleep and 6AM flight departure.
In addition, the entrance area, elevator, and hallway floors needed swept.
Overall, this hotel felt extremely overpriced for the experience provided. The strong odor alone would keep me from staying here again."
