"The room was very small and dark. The bed was soft and the pillows rock hard. The door wouldn’t lock which as a single woman was very worrying for me. I called reception and was told I could move room but it was 11pm and I was very tired and was undressed. Consequently I had a poor nights sleep as I was worried someone could get in. There was no bedside light so I had to leave my phone on all night. The EV chargers were extortionate. "

"Overall was good. But confusing with breakfast cost as I hadn’t prepaid. Was told at check in cost was £15 for breakfast or £10 if paid in advance. Paid £10 for the first morning with no problem. Next night went to reception to pay for next morning and was told there was no discount and cost was £15 which I declined. No big deal but an inconsistent experience. Nice hotel overall."

"we didn't check in until 7pm but 2 of our 8 rooms were still not ready !!....not a good start...b4 going to sleep i fancied a cup of tea but there was no milk, just one sachet of tea & coffee & no biscuits(we were in a privilege) room.. on the plus side we did receive a free drink each from the bar for the 2 rooms which weren't ready (4 in total)"

"What’s not to like if you want a simple, no hassle, quick check in/out, friendly helpful staff, clean room, good amenities, easy free parking in large carpark, central location in city, good access routes to motorways and plentiful continental breakfast if required as an extra and 24/7 bar if refreshments/snacks are needed. "
