"Our room was nice and comfortable with a lovely view out to the sea. It was a modern room I believe recently upgraded. All the staff were wonderful particularly Marika who checked us in and helped get us a taxi from the station. We enjoyed a drink at the bar but being March it was quiet. Breakfast was lovely. "

"Super attentive and friendly staff from Antonio at the Reception to Roberto and the Somellier (we called cousin Bob because he looks exactly like our Cousin Bob), Saverio, who ended up being the owner. Rooms are large and very clean and modern. Entire hotel is less than one year old, and the floors are gleaming marble everywhere. Good breakfast and good dinner options even off season. Showers are phenomenal. Beautiful views of the Sila mountain range. "

"Albergó Céntrale is a jewel in Lamezia. Great breakfast and dinners. Bruno, Lucca, Tania, Teresa, Stefania and our housekeepers all worked hard to ensure we had a pleasurable stay. Lamezia is not a tourist town, so there is not much English spoken. But Bruno and his staff did their best use their English skills and our poor Italian language skills to make our stay enjoyable. I would stay here again, if I come back to town. Parking is difficult. But restaurants, stores, and the plaza is easily walkable. You can get to many restaurants within 100 yards and more on the next street. The people in Lamezia close between 1:30pm and then open back up between 4-7:30pm Many people, young and old are our dining, and walking the streets until after midnight. And the streets are very safe. This hotel was totally remodeled with bright fresh white colors, wood floors, modern technology, good wifi, modern furnishings, and a nice elevator. If you’re in Lamezia stay here, you won’t be sorry, especially if you don’t have a car. We found street parking, but it was challenging. Thank you Bruno and staff!!"

"Nothing to complain "

"The hotel is okay for a quick overnight in an area with limited hotel availability. I did not like the location of my single room (right off the lobby where men were smoking cigars and congregating). The very sweet receptionist changed our rooms three times due to cleanliness issues and beds were unmade in one room. We ate in the hotel dining room where a traveling soccer team was also staying. The menu was only in Italian and stuff did not speak English but a nice man next to us helped explain the menu and I had a very good regional dish. Dining room and menu is very basic. Breakfast only okay. "
