Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. Arriving when the night porter has started is always a bonus as he helps with the small things I need. Like a doorstop to let me get my scooter out of the room.
