"For this hotel to be classed as 3* is a bit of an injustice. We visited 2 other 3* hotels in Wrexham and they were filthy. Mould in the bathroom, on the carpets and around the showers was the constant theme; but not at the Ramada. The receptionist on duty Saturday and Sunday morning was exceptional. Positive, efficient and incredibly helpful. Definite Managerial material. Food was good and breakfast varied and plentiful. Cannot question anything about this hotel……except perhaps the lowly rating. Will stay again."
