"Room was clean and fresh. Bed was hard but comfy for me (not my wife). Pillows are very uncomfortable, as they are cheap synthetic pillows that leave your neck hurting. Bring our own pillow. No coffee pot in the room ( a suite that was not a suite).
Breakfast was very minimal--some muffins, cereal, apples and bananas, and some juice. Coffee was like hot water with little coffee.
I get the impression that this is a new renovation that is still in the process of adding stuff. "
"This was actually my first time staying at a BW property. The property was in a great location. The hotel overall was clean. But Ms. Michelle made my stay extra special. There were a group of kids there and upon arrival the hotel was noisy. But it was still early. She seen my facial expression and assured me that it was going to be ok. Every day she checked on me and even knew me by name, that made me feel good. "
"This is a rat trap hotel. Everything in the room needs to be replaced, from the bad paint job and cigarette burned bed covers to the completely leaky (never stops pouring out of faucet) shower. Hanging rack on wall is missing iron and ironing board. Smoke detector or sprinkler attachment is missing from it's holder. On-the-wall AC unit has seen better days. The door to open to change temp doesn't open all the way making it ridiculous to deal with.
Upon check-in, I was pre-paid so it should have taken a few seconds. But in the middle of dealing with me, the girl at the desk took a phone call and proceeded to make a reservation with me standing right there. Absurd! There's a note on the refrigerator with the "only" item for free breakfast (a frozen breakfast sandwich) that says to eat the food there and not take it to the room. Ignored. There was also a granola bar or 2 there plus cereal and milk. Sad.
I know this is an expensive hotel, but Wyndham should be ashamed to have this property on their list."
"The outside needs some touch up and the furniture is dated but for one night stay the beds were very comfortable. Rooms were a little musty but overall a nice stay."
