"For the rate the room wasn’t terrible, there was yellow stains all over the toilet but other than that everything was great! Cold fridge, clean microwave, bedding only had one stain which was surprising and the ac blew very cold definitely a solid stay!! "

"First of all they cancelled my second nights stay, the hotel called me days after I had made the reservation and said nothing was available that night. I had called the hotel directly to verify that in fact my first night room was available the second night, then I extended my stay on the hotels.com app. No one at the hotel helped me with this at all, and hotels.com offered to put me up in a hotel farther away (I had wanted downtown so I didn’t have to drive during the event that weekend) but I declined and went home early that day. I am disgusted with how easy it was for the hotel to cancel with no repercussions even though they themselves had told me my room was available the next night as well, and how hotels.com just rolled over and let them do it. I will not be using this hotel or hotels.com in the future if my trip can be canceled at the last minute with no one out of luck but me. The trip insurance I purchased did not cover anything either so don’t bother with that.The room was reasonably clean, I missed breakfast, parking was a block over and a block down from the hotel, the staff was great except when I asked about my cancellation. "

"We had easy checkin upon arrival. Our room was clean and easy parking. Our walk downtown was about 5 minutes. Tiffany served us an amazing breakfast. She was so accommadating and easy to speak with. Chocolate chip cookies and wine in the afternoon if you wanted. Being early risers we would have liked coffee earlier. Would go back again. "

"Staff had trouble checking us in because we used a third party to book room. Thankfully, manager was there and figured it out. Got to room and TV didn’t work. Desk attendant quickly assigned us a different room. Very clean and comfortable room. "

"My stay at Andrew Morris House was excellent! The property was as lovely as depicted in the photos. The staff were very friendly (I even got a hug). Breakfast was delicious and filling. I had to miss breakfast one morning due to a commitment, my inn keeper offered to provide breakfast early, I should have taken her offer because breakfast at my meeting was just so so! The location was perfect, easy walking distance to downtown and a short drive to the campus at Northwestern State University."

"The property was very clean. Our room was clean; just had a bit of a musty odor Overall, our stay was fine My primary issue was the side entrance did NOT lock at all ..not even after dark. Our room was directly across from the side entrance on the first floor. Per staff, "we have cameras." Cameras are not as effective as locked doors."

"breakfast menu was good but wish there were more options for sugar free/low sugar cereal, yogurt skim milk. Not everyone can eat high sugar cereals and high sugar yogurts etc. Accessible room worked great with all necessities."
