"The Orchid Suites is a group of darling condos in the Royal Palm Hotel conveniently situated in walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. The room we reserved was the Yellow Orchid, ours full of light with large windows overlooking the surrounding neighborhood of terracotta roof tops and lush foliage. There is a distinctive feeling of being in the south of France. Our unit was immaculately clean with a very comfortable bed and nice linens. The kitchen was well appointed and useful...

The Singer Oceanfront Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton
10/10 Excellent
"This was our second time staying. We truely enjoy our time at The Singer and hope to return for our next trip! The property is clean, welcoming and family friendly. The front desk team was always helpful. We love the pool and being able to walk right to the beach. The towel service is very nice. The market store is great for treats, like an iced coffee or an ice cream cone. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant for dinner, at the pool for lunch (mahi mahi tacos anre the best!) and we had roomservice for breakfast a few times which came very quickly!
The room was clean and housekeeping was so nice. I would recommend more hanging options in the bathroom for towels and bathing suits.
Great options nearby for activities, like Peanut Island for snorkeling, Sailfish Marina, Manatee Lagoon, Henry Morrison Flagler Museum and Busch Wildlife Sanctuary (just to name a few).
Convenient parking but additional costs for this. "
"The pool was closed for lightning.
The storm passed and the pool normally closes at 8:00 p.m. it was 6:00 p.m. I called the front desk and the concierge and they both gave me different answers as to why the pool was never reopened. It was 85° out and we are there for two nights.
No pool... And they're absolutely was no lightning in the area.
Tried to play ping pong the next day no one could find any paddles or balls... To employees unwillingly tried to help and never returned.
The carpets are absolutely disgusting filthy old and and desperate need of replacement.
The hallway was never vacuumed in the three days that we were there.
The pool area is lovely but this property completely lacks attention to detail."
"Location good. Staff good valet good. Food rotten gym v good. Shower missing pieces. Faucet leaking. Needs a lot of work. Four seasons infinitely nicer but more expensive"
"My recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing from the start. Checking in turned out to be more of a hassle than expected, with delays and some confusion that made the process unnecessarily frustrating after a long day of travel.
Once I finally got to my room, things didn’t improve much. The room itself was quite small, leaving very little space to move around comfortably or store luggage. It felt cramped and not at all what I had anticipated based on the listing.
To make matters worse, the noise level was a constant issue. Guests in the room above were very loud, and the lack of soundproofing made it seem like every step and movement echoed directly into my room. It made it difficult to relax and nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep.
Overall, the experience fell short of expectations due to the rocky check-in, limited space, and ongoing noise disturbances. I hope the hotel addresses these issues to improve future guest experiences."
