"Room smelt odd. The restaurant could do with staying open later. Staff friendly. Room looked a little tired."

"The place smell very bad. It supposes to be none smoking, but people smoke in their rooms and you can smell it from your room. You can smell the cigarrette from “clean” bathroom towers. "

"The hotel is in a great location—practically in the city center, yet just a few minutes away from the highway, making it very convenient for travelers. The staff are extremely friendly and speak excellent English. The rooms are fully renovated, spacious, and cozy, offering a very comfortable stay. The breakfast selection is wide, and the food is delicious. There is also secure parking available, which is a big advantage. We traveled with our family and were very happy with our experience, so we highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel exceeded our expectations. All the staff was very helpful and friendly and very welcoming. We even had friends who couldn’t find a room and they helped us get them a room the same day. Not to mention their restaurant has amazing food with great taste. As well as their bar. It provided a lot of options with great flavors. Would definitely stay here again if and when I travel to Poland."

"The staff were not very nice. The room was clean and comfortable but from the minute we checked in we found everyone to be unfriendly. On our day of check out we even had the housekeeping knock on our door and when we answered she just pointed at her watch. We were actually about to walk out but the knock was at 10:55 and check out was 11 so we weren’t even late. "

"Really unfair to review - we arrived after flying for 13 hours. Tolerance level was fried. The key didn't work, needed Air conditioning and ICE. Grumpy....."
