"good location, very good facilities and friendly staff but... the pool/spa had a few unfixed issues (apparently unreported) and saunas were rather cold good meals and room refreshments"

"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel ..."
