"We stayed here for 4 nights for my 16 year old's birthday trip. After booking in, I reached out to the hotel in advance to get the balloons done in the room as a surprise and Tanja from the hotel was so helpful to arrange it. Thank you for it.
The hotel was fantastic, room was clean and spacious. The shower room was spacious and super clean.
The staffs are friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was the key highlight. Lots of varieties to taste in the authentic Austrian styles, in addition to the continental.
The location was convenient, easily accessible in 10 min from the city centre by public transport - bus or tram. The bus stop is just outside the hotel and the tram stop is just few minutes walk away. The hotel provided a pass as we're staying for more than 3 nights and it helped in the public transport and in getting some discounts in some attractions.
The views around the hotel is super scenic.
We enjoyed the stay here. Will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Innsbruck. "
