"I received a welcome email that told me check in was available after 2:00pm. I received another email with the access code stating that check in wasn't until 5:00Pm. Luckily, I didn't get to the property until right at 5:00pm. The code sent via email to enter the building didn't work. I called the help number and discovered the owner had outsourced the management to either Pakistan or India. I could barely understand the guy on the phone, and he was unable to help me. "Location was convenient - balcony was private but couldn’t see the beach. Only tv was in the living room. Trains go through often in the night but overall the area was nice."

"We will definitely be back! 6 of us stayed for a dance competition at the coliseum so the location was ideal. The apartment was decorated for Christmas and had tree which was such a great surprise. Check in was so easy and will be back next time we are on the coast! "

"This stay by far exceeded our expectations!! The condo was amazing and in a quiet part of town. Everything was impeccable. We had everything we needed plus some. I was a little confused (all my fault) on the location of the lockboxes and rental office, but a condo-owner was entering at the same time I was and was extremely helpful. We absolutely loved it here and were sad to leave! I have never left a hotel review in my life, but wanted to for this one. It was incredible!"
