Best hotel!
Lovely hotel in a great location in Dalat. Very central and walkable area although a bit hilly throughout the entire city. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were very good. This is a great choice for your stay in Dalat!

The staff was very attentive and courteous from start to finish and they deserve a solid 5 stars! The room on the other hand was average: beds were comfy but the washroom layout is not the best (looks fancy but not the most practical) and the soundproofing is lacking (we can hear honking even on the 9th floor). The breakfast buffet offers good variety, but would be nice a touch if items were clearly labelled whether is they are vegan/vegetarian. Location is ok if you're into the local wet/dry market experience (most of the vendors do sell identical items). I would rate my overall experience a 3.5 stars.

Walls are very thin. You can hear everything from hallway, outside and neighboring rooms. Check in process was unorganized and we had to provide our passports a second time. Overall facility needs some maintenance. It wasn’t as clean and updated as the photos showed on the website. I think this is closer to a feel of 3 star hotel instead of a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was good. It had many options to choose from. Very convenient to eat in the morning. Make sure to read the fine print of the room details, as some rooms in this hotel doesnt have windows. I booked a window room but others in the group accidentally booked the windowless room. It was a very convenient walking location to restaurants and shopping.

The hotel itself is amazing! The beds were very disappointing, super uncomfortable and there was only 2 pillows which were super hard. Definitely a let down

Too noisey at the corridors during night time. We can hear all the noises from outside. The lady at the check in counter was very rude. She keeps on insisting that we took the laundry bag at time checkout and requested us to go back up to look for it ! Very frustrating and upset!

The property was in good location so easily to go to the night market and buy a lot of things. The breakfast buffet was really delicious! The 2 things they need to do maintenance the bathroom room and towels need to update new ones.

I had to pay 30000dong for making a small towel dirty (drying fruits after cleaning it with water). Be careful with making towels dirty. They will charge you.

Great location and room amenities, and decent breakfast. Gym is everything you could ask for. Just be sure to get a room on a higher floor. The noise from the street was muffled but audible from the 9th floor; can't imagine how loud it must be below. And skip the day tours on offer in the lobby - a complete rip-off.

The hotel room is not 4-5 star rated as its disclosure. Room is poorly design, breakfast is terrible quality control and too crow. This hotel is over price. I recommend you to stay at Da Lat Pallace Hotel which have excellent quality and service.

Hotel was ok overall. Room is small and windows are not sound isolated. Got a room with city view but gave a room with windows with no view. It was so noisy with dogs barking. Overal not a good experience. Breakfast tasted horrible

Hotel was new and the facilities are modern. The location is very central, easy to go around.Will come back this when I stay in Da Lat again

Worst stay in Vietnam!
Loud traffic noise envy from top floor. Stains on floor. Curtains let In much light! Black mold behind sink! You can heat noise from many other rooms! Worst stay of my 5 months in Vietnam!!

The hotel is new and very good location. Easy access to night market and many restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast has lots of choices. Surely will stay again next time.

It's a really new hotel and it shows as its not a well oiled engine like other established hotels. But you can tell that all the staff are putting in effort to do their best to deliver the best service they can. This in itself is worth commending.

Modern and central hotel which is close to everything. Wifi needs major improvement though, won’t be back until that is addressed
