The room was clean, quiet stay. Good location. Do not expect a balcony, it can more likely qualify as a fire escape, through a 20 inch wide screen accordion door (there is actually no door for the street side room!).

This was a great location, and the day manager at the front desk was very helpful with travel arrangements and such. Also, they had a pretty cool coffee bar downstairs.

This hotel is centrally located and convenient to many shop, markets and restaurants. The rooms are basic with very comfortable beds and equipped with everything you need for a short term stay including mini bar, and WIFi signal is good. The owner is very attentive and accommodating and gave good recommendations and suggestions. The lake is located a block away with beautiful views and a footpath that encircles it. It is very good value considering the location and proximity to the lake and central Da Lat. Highly recommended for short terms stay.

We met the owner's mother who is very friendly and gave us free tea while waiting for our grab back to the airport. Both managers are also very friendly and helpful. They help us call the tour guide for our day trip and waited for the bus together with us. The place gives off homey and vintage vibes. no air-con is needed as the place is cooling. really had a comfortable and great stay. Thank you

가격 대비 괜찮았어요

시장하고 거리가 있어서 조금 조용하길 기대했는데, 옆에 공사장이 있어 조금 소란스러웠지만 생각보다 아늑했어요 식사는 불포함이고, 이불과 시트에서 땀, 머리냄새가 나서 갈아달라고 했더니 바로 갈아줘서 다행이었어요. 수건도 큰 수건만 제공해서 달라고 하니까 바로 줬어요. 방은 아주 예쁘고 지낼만 했어요. 물이 미지근해서 조금 싸늘해서 그건 조금 별로 였어요.

Hotellet ligger mitt i stan, väldigt bra för att ta sig till de centrala sevärdsheter. Hotellrummet var rätt så litet. Det fanns en konstant lätt mögellukt i rummet. Byggnadsarbete mittemot av hotellet som började tyvärr tidigt på morgonen.

It was amazing stay in Lucas Inn - Dalat city which is located downtown just next to the Ho Xuan Huong lake, the place is cozy and just 5 minutes walk to the Dalat night market and surrounding by restaurants groceries coffee shops. The staffs were English speaking warm friendly & helpfull. If you need a motorbike to rent for city sight seeing or other places to see, you can rent from the hotel with price 350k/24hrs excluded the fuel and you can pay with credit card. Tour package leaflets also available on the lobby and we took packages from the Happy Holiday tour, unfortunately they charged on the day we were travel and cash only accepted, so be prepared for it. Overall, I can say I am really satisfied with this hotel and I recommend this hotel for your stay and sure I will be come back to stay in this hotel again for our next stay.

Great staff. Hotel needs work

Hotel workers are all very nice and make me hesitant saying anything too bad. Can’t argue with price. Somewhat central but in an alley that utterly confuses cab drivers. We travel quite a bit and both agreed it was hands down the most uncomfortable bed we’ve ever slept on. Toilet or sink was leaking leaving a small continuous puddle in the bathroom. Staff is very nice and trustworthy however there’s no where to lock anything up. There’s also no additional lock (hotel standard) on the door. A bit more investment on locks/hotel safe, more comfortable beds and AC units (too much cigarette smoke from the adjacent bar to keep the window open) and this place would be really great.
