"Great staff! Great location! Clean room had a microwave and fridge. Was unfortunate that the elevators stopped working. They sent a very sweet staff member to help us get some items downstairs to check out ..but we are lucky we were only on the third floor. This would be a disaster for a mobility challenge person."
