The staff was helpful when checking in. The room offered two beds and was clean. It's not the most comfortable bed but it's decent. Seem a bit of a hassle to get in and out of but you at least have access to a free parking compared to the other places. I'm not sure if they offered room service but there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance of the property. If you're on a budget, it's actually a pretty good place to stay. The area is located in a high traffic area which I don't particularly like.

The place was near the main town centre and with walking distance to all the other shops, and bus terminal. The place was cheap and cheerful, but nothing special.

Room was quite small but was Clean . Good AC . Interiors are modern . Eevator can accomodate only 4-5 at a time but stairs was ok . Will definitely stay there again

Stay for 2nights no one clean my room and garbage stock 3 days and 2 nights, also not accommodating. They don't know what customer service satisfaction, I think front desk officer need more training for customer service satisfaction.

Overnight stay is ok. Long term comfort-No.

If you’re looking for an overnight stay, just to sleep overnight, this is the place. Let me explain one by one why I gave this a so-so rate. The INN has no elevator. I pity the staff in carrying my luggages from ground to main floor. The staff we’re all nice-no complain about them. The main reception is well styled, updated. Here’s the real. Upon entering the room, there’s a mouldy smell already. Everything is dusty. The fridge was moldy and there’s a bowl of leftover food with mold on it. The floor was outdated. The bed was ok. Aircon is fine. But the mold smell is so strong. There are rubber slippers that you could use. The washroom is a mess. The shower curtain is so smelly and mouldy. Its all rusted. During the night, the boise from outside is loud. I don’t care on infrastracture, all I am into is the cleanliness and comfort of a room provides. I was able to survive the 2 nights in this room. But just a warning, if you want comfort and cleanliness, not this INN. Its my fault too coz I rely on online check-in. But for $23/night don’t ask for more.

Meh

Affordable. No complimentary water upon arrival. They have 4 bottled water but its for sale. You have to have a cup or disposable glass and get water from a water dispenser near the lobby. Very small bathroom and smelly. If you are looking for affordable place minus the luxury and comfort, this is the place for you. Staffs are friendly.
