"Globally, we are satisfied - very good price and the comfort. The only point may be the internet is not working all the time but that’s normal in Dakhla, nothing to do with this place. As we were with family and some of us, were old, it was not easy to take all the stairs until the 4th floor. The host was very helpful and available anytime ! That’s very important because no everything can be found on internet ! THANK YOU "

"Nice and old hotel on a seaside. Very close to airport (20 min by foot). Two things disappointed me a bit: only cash is accepted (at least at the specific moment when I wanted to pay) and receptionist wasn't able to call a taxi when I came to him on 5AM to take us to airport (yes, hotel is very close to airport but it was a heavy shower outside that time)."

"My wife and I stayed in the Imperial Playa Hotel, for the first time, and we had an excellent experience. The receptionist Abdullah welcomed us, and made us feel, as if we were home, he made us feel comfortable. The room, on the third floor, facing the ocean, is very clean, and has bath towels, soap, etc.. the service is excellent, and the breakfast is fresh and delicious. I would go back to the Imperial Playa Hotel, and recommend it to my family and friends."

Petit déjeuner très médiocre, absence total de service de chambre, papier wc sur demande, chambre très médiocre et ne correspond pas aux photos sur le site, réserver 3 lits on se trouve avec deux, trop de bruit (des membres du personnel) jusqu'au tard la nuit sans respects des touristes, connexion wi-fi très faible, organisation excursion...
