"The pictures grossly misrepresent the facility. It is quite old, maintenance is so so, and the pool is poor. There is an outdoor entrance to your room from a long walkway, lile the Holliday Inns in the 50s. The same carpet that is outdoors in the walkway extends straight into your room. It is overpriced and is not consistent with the description on the website at all. If it hadn’t been for spring break, we would’ve stayed anywhere else. Taking advantage of spring breakers is something from the seventies which should be unacceptable now."

"We recently stayed for 2 nights at Amenity Bay BW Collection Hotel during our vacation to Siesta Key Beach, and it exceeded all our expectations! 10/10 in all aspects. Location – The hotel is perfectly located with easy access to several restaurants and shops nearby. Siesta Key Beach is just a short 15-minute drive away, which made our beach trips incredibly convenient. Cleanliness – Everything was spotless - from the lobby to the rooms. The property is very well maintained and takes cleanliness seriously. Property Condition & Amenities – The hotel looks brand new with a modern and stylish design. The lobby, in particular, feels upscale and gives the impression of a high-end hotel. Amenities were excellent, including a free ice vending machine, pool. Our room was spacious, the beds were cozy, and we appreciated the additional sofa seating. Having a mini fridge and microwave made our stay even more convenient. Breakfast – The complimentary buffet breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of options including breads, bagels, fresh pancakes, cereals, oatmeal, chicken & pork sausages, scrambled eggs, fresh cut fruits, whole fruits, yogurt, and multiple juice options. A fantastic way to start the day! Overall, this hotel offers exceptional value, comfort, and service at the price we paid. We were truly impressed and would absolutely recommend Amenity Bay BW Collection Hotel to anyone visiting Sarasota or Siesta Key Beach."

"This was a wonderful property. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room had 2 queen beds, big bathroom, cable TV, stocked kitchenette with a large refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The complimentary breakfast was great! Plenty of on site parking. We will stay here again."
