"One of the Queen brds in my son's room had a mattress that sank in the middle. This was reported and the management offered to move us. Instead my son switched beds with his two small children and everyone in that room slept well that night. Management moved very quickly to remedy my son's bed issue. If I had any major comment it would be in regards to the tornado event we experienced during our stay in Shawnee Oklahoma. First of all the staff did an excellent job of keeping the guest calm during tornado event, my hat is off for the job they did. What I couldn't believe was that the emergency lighting during the event was either non existent or if it was there it did not work in the stairway or the hallway on the 3rd floor where we stayed. Downstairs on the first floor the emergency lights functioned as intended. When the danger passed an we were allowed to return to our rooms we were able to do so by the flashlights held by others, or our own. The lights remained out till around 3 - 4 am. Strongly feel management needs to look into why this happened, first foor emergency lights worked but no emergency lighting in the stairway or on the 3rd floor. Does know if any other floors had no emergency lighting. "

"Great size suite, has door to bedroom, 2 doors for bathroom one leading to entrance door. Great size sitting area, couches seemed a little worn. Had new AC in bedroom, kept glitching in room 202. It would reach its coldness and then just stay off, would have to turn off completely and restart. Living room area old unit didn't even try out. Breakfsst was good waffles and some sides. Bed was very comfortable. Was supposed to stay 6 nights but was there for only 2 as the WiFi was not adequate for my wifes schooling and homework assignments. So had to book another hotel, right next door. "
